The idea of having hair care totally customized absolutely amazed me ! This is my experience using Formulate Shampoo & Conditioner according to my hair type and concerns.
The first step is fill out the questionnaire about all they need to know to make your own formula, this is so effective because is specially made for you and your hair. I also love the fact that they have an App available for Android & Apple where you can easily answer the questions or anything you need to know about the brand or the formula.
I have to mention their customer service was A+, I don’t have any complaints about it, they were always attentive.
I was having a lot of concerns about my hair, I dye my hair mostly every two months, and it usually gets dry in the ends and some products give me dandruff (which is annoying). My hair is a little bit curly and thin so the damage is always noticeable.
The shine was visible, and almost everybody was complementing my hair growth even though I cut my ends, the smell in my hair I love it ! And feels so moisture and soft. I am currently washing my hair twice a week but the moisture is just amazing, I have never imagine I can get this results with just couple of weeks using this shampoo and conditioner.
